Maps, Packaging and Jam!

I finished day 2 of the 30 Day Shred. Ohhhhhhhh man. It's hard! Hahaha. I don't think I'm going to be able to lift my arms for the rest of the weekend. I'm so sore all over. I'm not used to doing any exercise, so this it totally a change. I'm hoping it will get easier SOON! Hahaha. I'm a wimp...

So I've got Google Analytics set up for my blog and I love it. This is my 5th post and I've had hits from all over the world. I'm a little bit of a loser, and I mapped out where everyone has been visiting from. It's just awesome, I love seeing where everyone is from, and then checking out their blogs to get to know them (well, those who left comments! Haha. I have no way of finding anyone otherwise). Once I set up my Etsy store (fingers crossed it will be in the next few months!) I want to put a map of the world up on my wall and mark off every place that people have bought my things from. It just seems like a cool idea to see where my pieces are going.

So I've decided to post a few awesome packaging ideas that I found on Danni's flickr group Lovely Packages.

Okay, my computer keeps on crashing on me! I'm going to have to save the rest of the photos for another post. (I loooooooove looking at photos of pretty packages! I mean, I would prefer to OPEN the packages and look at all the pretty things inside, but photos of them come in a close second!)

I'm hoping that sometime this weekend Keith and I can go strawberry and raspberry picking, and then make jam. Do any of you have some jam recipes?

  6. 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
    4 cups diced fresh rhubarb
    2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons finely chopped candied ginger
    2 tablespoons lemon juice

cook on stove atleast 20 minutes, stirring all the while, lower heat and simmer for another 15
sounds amazing!!! I have never tried this recipe, but the candied ginger sounds incredible!xoxo
