I was hoping to have this post go up on Friday, but... I kind of forgot. Ha! Oh well. So here are some photos from last Sunday to last Thursday. I've got some photos to share from the weekend with you guys, but I'll be posting those on Friday! Hopefully it will become a new thing & help me take some photos of my week! (Also, I will do Monday's Finds again next week, but since I did the link-up party thing yesterday I'm just going to hold off for this week.)
Keith bought me a new camera for Christmas and it has fisheye... so of course I had to take a few photos of Squirt.... hahaha poor girl. |

I also made some pizza with garlic stuffed olives, broccoli, cherry tomatoes & spinach. Mmm... |
Did you guys have a good week? Did you do anything exciting?
great photos! I've been hearing about kale chips a lot lately. I guess I should try them out :)
ReplyDeleteThey were pretty good! Sooo light! I suggest eating them all soon after you make them, though. They weren't as crispy a few hours later.
DeleteOh, I had a pretty tiring week, but this weekend was a good one. Also, this Monday was pretty nice :D I hope this week will be full of inspiration and ideas :) !
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a good weekend! I'm sure this week will be great!
DeleteI've heard of Kale chips but don't even know what it is exactly. What does it taste like and why would you make chips out of a "vegetable"(?)... :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, the pizza looks delicious!
Haha they don't really taste like much, just whatever you season them with! I've been wanting to make them for a little while so I finally did. You can eat kale raw, but it can be a bit bitter so baking them into chips helps to get rid of the bitterness. & kale is suuuuuuuuper healthy for you!
DeleteThe pizza was so good! Especially with the garlic stuffed olives! My favourite.
Oh, seems like you've had the perfect week!! And that's such a cool fisheye photo of big-nosed Squirt :D hehe! Love it! My week has been nothing but studying and groupwork...
ReplyDeleteI didn't take photos of all of the knitting I did! Haha so this week I'm making sure to do so. I love that photo of Squirty! haha.
DeleteBlah, hope this week is a bit more exciting for you!
What a lovely week, Holly! I can get lazy sometimes and not take my camera out for personal use but this is inspiring me to bring it out more. :) How did you like the kale chips? I love making them! And that pizza looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI had a great week/weekend--got to spend some time in Palm Springs celebrating my brother's birthday!
Hope you enjoyed your weekend. :)

That pizza looks amazing! Nom. I'm a big fan of kale chips as well, it's fun to experiment with different spices and flavours.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info on the kale chips, I've been too scared to make them!
