Woo! Today is my Nana's 90th birthday!!! Amazing. Some of her good friends from up North (where her & my Papa lived 50+ years ago) came down to surprise her. Tonight we're all going out for a nice dinner & then we're all going to come back for cake. She's the best! And no one believes her when she says she is 90, ha!

It's been a while, eh? My last post was in July. Wow. I'm hoping to get back into blogging, soooooooo... here we go! I guess I'll just pick up where I left off... which was blogging about what I did back in May and June, ha.
Tye & Ashley got married! Awesome wedding. And poor Trev got covered in chairs once he fell asleep.
We went to Tucker's for Keith's birthday dinner. I think we've done that for the past 4 years now! (Do our friends not have the CUTEST kids ever??!)
Worked on crocheting blankets. I don't know if you can tell, but it was about 30* that day... haha. SO hot outside & I'm taking photos of a warm blanket.

Such a sweet little sheep!
One of my favourite shows. I usually hate re-watching anything, but I'm thinking of re-watching it all before the newest season...
Sure, I'll totally hang out here all afternoon...
This is good!
This week on Sevenly.org they're partnering up with a really amazing charity, Action Against Hunger.
Action Against Hunger saves the lives of severely malnourished children and helps vulnerable communities become self-sufficient. Join us in restoring health, dignity and independence worldwide.
Later today, you will get hungry and take 5 steps to your refrigerator to satisfy the ache in your tummy. That small satisfaction is something that 42,000 people in the Democratic Republic of Congo will never experience because they are literally starving to death. Acute malnutrition is a preventable and treatable condition that causes the body to consume its own tissues to survive, targeting muscle and body fat first.
This week your support will provide 21 meals for a child suffering from deadly malnutrition. These meals are specifically designed to heal an extremely malnourished child by satisfying their hunger and treating their condition. For many children, this means the difference between life and death. Partner with us and help save a life.
I just purchased a tank top and a grab bag of 3 random shirts from past campaigns to help support this cause. It blows my mind that there are so many people out there who are starving to death. By just buying one item, you will give a child 21 meals. How awesome is that?

Perfect night. Tea, netflix & yarn.
And Squirt, of course. She's totally winking at me...
Sara came home from Italy! (Wow this is old, ha. This was in MAY!) She picked up a ton of stuff... haha.
Went for afternoon tea in St. George with my Mom.
Working on Tye & Ashley's wedding gift. Don't you hold a paint brush in both hands? Haha.
Taking photos of the finished gift...
Squirty is always keeping an eye on things...
Picked up a bunch of tomato plants. I need to share a photo of how huge they are now. SO TALL.
Laying out circles for a blanket. Squirt was helping, of course.
Keith & Sophie started a band?
Hey! It's been a while! My internet has been terribly slow lately, so I've mostly just been going online on my phone.. so no blogging. Plus I started a new job last week so when I'm not working I've been reading or crocheting, haha. I think my internet is finally a bit better, so hopefully I can start blogging regularly again.
These photos are from May... haha. So I have some catching up to do on posts! I worked on a lot of things this week.. that was fun. I also started another paint by numbers, haha. I love those. I am such an old person...
